I was going through a rough patch and was constantly having headaches and feeling anxious about general day to day activities. My doctor recommended I do therapy. I came across Adrian and his company who offered hypnotherapy CBT. It was different and not something I was familiar with. However the reviews and methods that people spoke of after going to him left me intrigued. The sessions focused on wellbeing and hypnotherapy. This allowed me to literally assess my normal day to day activities and approach things differently and positively. Each session Adrian gave me a activity to do for the following week. Things such as breathing techniques and mindfulness activities.
I can confidently say I am much more calm and relaxed since. I am grateful and would recommend to those going through similar plights. (Five Stars)
